Move somewhere with more day light hours in the winter months.

Remember when I was asking about moving? I think the loss of light would be something that would truly affect me. It happens somewhat where I live, but not nearly as much as in other states.

Yeah, the loss of light can be somewhat depressing. It's never bothered me before but I suppose I'm getting old. I'm actually starting to think that hibernation is a damn good idea - I'm alseep most of the day anyway, and when I finally get up I'm freezing cold. *she says, with her heating on high and wearing a woolly jumper, whilst Mr Man is wearing a T shirt* Brrrrr!

Thanks CJ, that gives me something to look forward to! :o) I'll be wearing the thermals for a bit longer though!

Hi Disillusioned, welcome to my blog. Is the light box helpful?

I've looked at your profile and I can see we are going to get along very well! I like most musicals too! :o)

Trekkie and I on the other hand have a difficult relationship - she loves to bake cakes and I love to eat them, but I don't like being fat so our relationship is a complicated one full of guilt and blame... :P

Congratulations Trekkie and Mr Trekkie! How many years are you celebrating? I take it you had to rush off to take some cakes out of the oven before you could finish your sentence... you had the longest night to write out your thank you notes? That's what you were going to say, isn't it? :o)

It'll be 13 years on the 21st of Dec. He was a strapping 6'4" Klingon dressed in black leather. I just could not resist him.

Congratulations on your 13th wedding anniversary! Will you be doing something special? Ooh 'ark at me, ent I nosey?! :o) I can't help myself, I love romance!

(You'd wet yourself laughing if I told you what I accidentally typed the first time round! I put "Will you be doing someone special?" Hehehe)

I certainly hope to be doing someone special ;-)))))

But my 7 yr old is going to be coming out of hospital about then (she's due to get those pesky tonsils whipped out on the 14th)so it might just be a special meal (oh goodie - more cooking)and a quiet night in.

Thanks for your good wishes. xxx

Ahh, bless her cottons. It will be lots of ice cream for her then (although I have heard they make them eat dry toast these days, but that's child cruelty if you ask me). Big Hugs for her x
