I Have Piles

Yep, I have piles. Piles of washing, piles of dishes, piles of dust, piles of unopened mail…

Someone told me you could get a cream for it to soothe the itching. Is that the itching to run away? She didn’t say how or where to apply it though…

We can run away together.. leave our "piles" to miraculously multiply by themselves. It seems in my house that is what they do. No-one knows how half the stuff get's put where it is not supposed to be.
I am now convinced that we have a washing and clothes monster. He comes in the night, makes piles of dirty washing then hides it any place he can find (which can consit of under the bed.. in cupboards.. piled on chairs.. etc) and when he is bored with that he takes the clean washing and throws it where he feels. He also has a very bad habit of eating socks... Hmmmm

Oh my goodness, not the sock monster! I went to bed one night with socks on and woke up in the morning with only one, and I never found that other sock!

Your piles could join my piles and they could create even more piles.

Hehehe :o)

Thankfully I have my sister coming tomorrow to alleviate some of the pressure caused by my piles. :o)

I'll pay the travel fare if she can come and sort my 1001 piles and stuffs out! LOL
It is at times like this I wish I was the "baby" of the family. *pouts*

Lol, she is the baby of the family!

I presented your offer to her, but she replied with "Just the travel fare?" Tut, these young uns expect to get paid for everything these days! I can't complain - I gave her a sarnie and a cream cake and she seemed more than happy with that :o)

Not the dreaded piles!!!!!

Sometimes you just have to take the bull by the horns and do as my mate Yvonne does. She phones a nice chap and he comes and takes care of it for her, and returns her 'smalls' couple of days later with everything all done and dusted.

Dunno where the liberal application of cream comes in though ;-)))

I really wouldn't mind, but she's got less money than I have, just different priorities I suppose.

Trekkie you sound jealous! :o)

The only piles I don't have is piles of cash, but I have decided to pay for help too. My sister runs her own little cleaning business, so this week was a freebee, but from now on I shall have to pay! As you say, it comes down to different priorities - dictated mainly by different energy and stress levels in my case!

My piles are starting to disappear! Except laundry, that is; that seems to multiplied ten-fold.

Doesn't that always seem to be the way? - tackle one area and another area gets worse! We're obviously not using enough cream!

Trekkie I figured out where the cream goes... in cake! It doesn't always eliminate the piles but it definitely gives relief!

My sister couldn't come this week because she's struggling with piles of her own!
